Despite numerous pleas and please and much beating of, not around, the bushes Sal was unable to find a new Dread Pirate Roberts to spend hours of unpaid time toiling on www.holybull.ca, pay for the website and contests out of his own pocket and receive little or no reward. As Sal said Sal’s got other pesci da friggere and with the 2016 Triple Crown races done Sal says arrivederci cavalli.
Phil loved to fill his blogs with quotes and songs. Sal will channel Phil today.
Welcome to our site.
Please request to join the group so we can continue to grow the size of our horse racing community in Alberta.
Sal says that it’s up to Alberta thoroughbred racing fans to make their own news site now.
I don’t think that my kind of journalism has ever been universally popular. It’s lonely out here.

Sal says that was quite the throwdown in the stretch at Belmont.
The 2015 CTHS Alberta sales topper made his debut a winning one in sabato 11 giugno’s 3rd race for Norm Castiglione and Robert Vargo’s Riversedge Racing Stables Ltd. Norm’s Big Bucks broke from the 8 post in the 3 1/2 furlong race for conditioner Riley “John Daley” Rycroft with Rico Walcott in the irons. Norm’s Big Bucks pressed the pace set by the favourite, the aptly named Swaying, and took over down the lane to finish the 3 1/2 furlongs in 39 2/5 on a slightly off track .
Not to be outdone by his younger half brother King of the Rockies took the Northlands Park finale for conditioner Robert Pinky MacDonald with Rico Walcott in the irons.
Both Norm’s Big Bucks and King of the Rockies were bred by Highfield Stock Farm out of the Cobra King mare Fabulous Brush by Exhi and Cape Canaveral respectively.
Sal says thanks to Northland’s Park track announcer Matt Jukich for doing the research and letting the fans know.
Fabulous Brush is also the mother of stake winner Quenoftheforest.
Sal says it sounds like Beck was channeling Frank and Tupac simultaneously.

Sal says that the circus was in Edmonton yesterday in a big tenet on Edmonton Northlands parking lot, but the real circus will be this fiasco that Horse Racing Alberta has licensed to run at the getting ever more bush Hillbilly House League.
Sal simply says that running a bush league joke with rules that seem to be made up as they go along is not the way to improve the professionalism of the thoroughbred horse racing industry in the province of Alberta.
I find fault with my children because I like them and I want them to go places – uprightness and strength and courage and civil respect and anything that affects the probabilities of failure on the part of those that are closest to me, that concerns me – I find fault.
While we’re on the subject of improving the professionalism of the thoroughbred horse racing industry in the province of Alberta will we ever see any leadership from Horse Racing Alberta.
Equibase reports an $11.00 Superfecta pool with a $6.60 payoff for a 6-All-All-All ticket.
Sal simply says that is not the way to improve the professionalism of the thoroughbred horse racing industry in the province of Alberta.
Let me tell you something that we Israelis have against Moses. He took us 40 years through the desert in order to bring us to the one spot in the Middle East that has no oil!
On the way here this guy steps up to us and says, ‘Would you like to join Jehovah’s Witnesses?’ and Rocky (Graziano) says ‘I didn’t see nuttin!’
