The following matters of business will be brought before the meeting:

• Consider the Financial Statements of the Association for the Year ended December 31, 2015 and the Accountant’s Report thereon. Copies of the Statements will be available at the meeting;
  

• Appoint the Chartered Accountant for the year ended December 31, 2016;
  

• Receive the Report of the Directors to the members;
  

• Transact any other business as may lawfully come before the meeting.
