Phil ventured out to an OTB last Saturday that Phil hadn’t been to since before Covid – 19. Faces were all familiar but less of them. Not a single new face or younger face in the rather sparse crowd. Most left before Century Mile’s first post and of those remaining one was betting Los Alamitos and the other 2 were betting Mohawk jiggies.
