There’s A New Sheriff in Town

We have one neighbor and one only, and that one an industrial colossus. It lies for four thousand miles along our border, producing what we produce, and doing constant but legitimate battIe to forestall us in the world’s markets and in our own. And they usually start with the same disclaimer: there is no evidence that helmets reduce the frequency of concussions. You come away going “isn’t this amazing?” It’s so amazing you forget the opening line, that it doesn’t do anything. It has no impact on concussions.
