One complainant said that Stronach had groped her in his Toronto Harbourfront condo sometime in 1983 or 1984.
…
Another complainant told the court that Stronach had invited her to a midtown Toronto apartment sometime in the fall of 1977, and while there he bent her over the arm of a chair, lifted up her skirt and tried to rape her.
Judges rule on the basis of law, not public opinion, and they should be totally indifferent to pressures of the times.

Phil has a question:
How the fuck could the judge convict when the alleged victims can’t pin down a date closer than sometime in 1983 or 1984 or fall of 1977.
Did Frank get convicted for what he did or for what the judge thought was his reputation.
Have the appeal papers been filed yet.
