BC TOBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the BC Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Association will be held:

Date: Monday October 12, 2015

Time: Commencing at 12:30 PM

Place: Hastings Racecourse – Old Slots Floor Meeting Room

The main purpose of the meeting is for the following:

1. To receive the Annual Reports of the Society;
2. To approve the appointment of the Auditor for the fiscal year;
3. To transact such business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
